The beginning of a new year brings with it an opportunity to start fresh and to look at the world and our lives with new eyes. Our rituals emphasize commencing the brand new year with a clean slate, and we are reminded that not just the turn of the year, but every day is a chance to create anew. In fact, in every moment, in every breath we can begin again. Join us for our “Begin Again” workshop to look at life through fresh eyes.

What to expect:

- Thoughtful journaling exercises
- Meaningful connection and discussion
- Gentle guided meditation

To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older.
