On Friday 10 April, the beachfront at Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort will transform into a feast for the senses. Begin the evening with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, then settle in for a coastal dining experience celebrating Exmouth’s iconic wild prawns, paired with premium wines and live entertainment by Toby Beard.
With a warm April breeze and sweeping views across the Exmouth Gulf, this event captures the true spirit of Ningaloo. Guests will move through a series of curated food stations showcasing the versatility of Exmouth wild prawns, with a wine pairing included with each prawn course (Stations 1–4) as part of the ticket price.
