We have two opportunities for you to join us @soleilsaltcave for 90 minutes of pure bliss! 

✨You will be led through a gentle Yin Yoga practice with extra hands on assists and reiki by Katie and Jackie. The evening will conclude with a beautiful Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”  inside Soleil’s beautiful Salt Cave. ?

✨Bolsters, blocks, & blankets will be provided. Please dress comfortably.
