Weekly Karate Class with Exeter Parks and Rec

SAFE - Our non-competitive style maintains focus on keeping a safe and healthy environment, creating a relaxed and all-round wonderful experience for you.

FUN - This course will feature engaging and interactive lessons all presented in an encouraging and positive pressure-free atmosphere.

EMPOWERING - You will learn how to identify and handle various threats and attacks, better deal with stressful situations, and use you whole body so that size, strength, age or athletic ability are no limiting factors in your defense.

8 Week Sessions
Session 1: January 27- March 24, 2026
Session 2: March 31-May 26, 2026
(no class on 2/24 & 4/28)

6:00 pm - Beginners and Families Ages 7+

6:45 pm - Advanced students ranking green belt +

$55 per Resident / $55 for Non Residents
