Nutrition and eating properly are important parts of healthy living. As part of the Veteran Independence Support Programs we are running a series of FREE cooking classes.

Come out and learn Portioning & Saving, Food Safety, Air Frying Ideas. Best of all, you get to eat and take home the food you prepare, all for free.
