Emma leads the Research, Data & Insights and Communications, Campaigns & Advocacy teams, specialising in service design, user research, evaluation, data insights, marketing, communications and advocacy. With two decades of experience in research, policy, and practice, Emma joined Good Things in 2018 from the , where she directed the Policy and Research department on issues such as poverty, housing, and race equality. A social researcher by training, Emma uses her expertise in social, economic, and health inequalities to shape our strategy and delivery.
