Fancy bringing a little light to your winter months and hopefully beyond?

We warmly invite you to 'The M Word', being held in Dunsford Village Hall on the last Friday evening in January and February from 7-9pm.

These free events will be focusing on supporting the perimenopause and menopause journey - shifting from surviving to thriving during this chapter of life.

The evenings will be sociable and casual, informative gatherings. Please bring a bottle - be that wine, elderflower fizz or milk for hot chocolates! We will provide some scrummy canapes and sweet bites.

Our panel of local specialists aim to offer an array of support including; a Nutritionist, GP, Chiropractor, Personal Trainer, Therapist and Acupuncturist.

If you'd like to ask a question to the panel anonymously we are giving the opportunity in advance so the speakers can tailor the information to your specific needs and interests.
