Neurogenic Yoga and TRE gently re-activate our instinctive tremor and shake mechanism which naturally releases deeply held tension or trauma. This is a comfortable relaxing experience that offers profound release. This is a form of gentle slow flow hatha yoga followed by neurogenic release.
