Step Into a Warm Devon Hug. Neurogenic Yoga Weekend Retreat

I have 6 places left
and I'd love you to join me
…..in letting go
...to simply release, relax and renew
...and make some new friends too.
Perhaps take a look at last years retreat album to get a sense of the times shared. https://www.facebook.com/jo.hamilton.52/media_set?set=a.10214247432007683.1073741829.1471830578&type=3
Heres some feedback from past retreats:
" Life changing"
"Total Bliss"
" the first yoga space where I have ever been encouraged to do what I can, rather than push too far"
"as my first retreat I had no expectation and you've set the bar high!
"Lovely, a very calm nurturing space"

“I don’t really know where to start except that the whole experience was very special.”
“I have used the de-stressing tools so much since coming home and I feel quite a sense of calm over me at the moment which I am enjoying!!”
“Thank you! I enjoyed every minute and I’m so pleased to have met you x”
“I don’t think you could have chosen a better ‘chef’; Tash was adorable too. Her food was absolutely amazing and her incredible knowledge and passion mind-blowing! She added to the whole experience and was a part of the group right from the start!”

This is your invitation to be with yourself, as you are,
and just allow yourself to unfold
During our retreat we will blend the relaxing experience of Neurogenic Yoga,
TRE (trauma release exercises)
Guided Meditation,
Yoga Nidra.. Guided Deep Relaxation
and Restorative Yoga

Neurogenic Yoga and TRE gently re-activate our instinctive tremor and shake mechanism which naturally releases deeply held tension or trauma. This is a comfortable relaxing experience that offers profound release. This is a form of gentle slow flow hatha yoga followed by neurogenic release.

Neurogenic Yoga and TRE help us find release from:
Emotional & Physical Trauma - without having to talk about it,
from Back, Neck & Shoulder pain and Stress and Anxiety.

It is accessible to all levels and honours your pace and where you are in life right now

This retreat is for you. You can dip your toe into the retreat, enjoying as much as feels right for you or you may choose to simply dive in.

You are free to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful haven through walks over the stunning countryside on your own or through a guided wandering.

Or you might choose to meet yourself on a hill and be still

Throughout your stay you will be nourished with our fabulous healthy, locally sourced vegetarian food.

Over tea and cake Jo will share some of her toolkit of practices. You may then choose to take these simple effective tools home with you and access them when you feel the need
