Come and join this fun and relaxed workshop where we’ll dive into the time-honoured art of fermentation.. with a festive twist! MAKE 2 FESTIVE FERMENTS TO TAKE HOME ON THE DAY!!

You’ll learn how to preserve seasonal produce to enjoy throughout the winter, while also discovering the many health-boosting benefits of fermented foods.

This is a hands-on, practical session, and you’ll take home your own delicious Christmas ferments made on the day. We’ll also chat about how fermentation can help you reduce food waste and make the most of anything you’ve grown yourself, turning it into nutritious, flavour-packed food you can enjoy well into the colder months.

As a nutritionist, I’ll share the fascinating science behind these foods, explain how fermentation supports your gut microbiome, and why that’s so important for your overall health and wellbeing.

This two-hour daytime workshop will be held at LOVE Food CIC in St Thomas, Exeter, in a warm and welcoming space that’s perfect for getting creative in the kitchen.

You’ll have the chance to taste plenty of pre-made ferments, experiment with flavours, and enjoy a relaxed, sociable session with others.
