This programme is comprised of two sessions. Firstly, a fast paced day-long introduction to the knowledge, skills and attributes necessary for a successful career creating meaningful impact as an innovative researcher. Following this, the second session will consolidate the learning and help participants to maintain momentum, share the learning and plan for the future.
The introductory event and the subsequent activities participants will engage with will allow participants to identify how they can cope and then thrive in entrepreneurial situations, particularly those involving uncertainty, ambiguity and confusion.
Engaging with these days and the resources that their offering will help you to take control of your careers, and place attendees in the position where attendees can make informed choices about other pathways they may like to follow, both within and/or outside of academia.
