The Blister is back - budleigh blister (formely bicton blister)

New this year Lite option - approx 5 miles

The popular Bicton Blister is now rebranded the Budleigh Blister and will start and finish at the newly completed Budleigh Cricket ground, The route is approximately 10 miles and follows part of the stunning South West costal path. It will be a mixed terrain route so trail shoes are highly recommended. The route is subject to change, please check the website and our socials for updates
Memento’s for all finishers and prizes for top finishers (1st, 2nd, 3rd Overall Male and Female, and 1st Vet 5 year age categories Male and Female)
Onsite facilities for changing and toilets.
Bag Store - Bags left at owners risk
Full course is part of Instep Devon running series
Please note no parking will be available at the cricket club for runners, there are 2 public pay and display car parks within a mile of the start
