You will extend vocabulary and practice conversation. You will also explore how movements of the face, head and upper body, known as 'non-manual features', convey meaning alongside hand gestures - a fundamental aspect of sign language grammar. As always, this course will be fun and a great opportunity to meet like-minded people.*Only for people who have completed our BSL For All (Beginners) course.VenueThis free daytime course takes place at Exeter Community Centre.Staff will be on hand to direct you to the learning space.Accessibility: These sessions are held in an accessible room.Times and AttendanceClass takes place Tuesday afternoons 1pm-3pm.(6-week course)There will be a short break. Please feel free to bring your own refreshments, or hot drinks are available to buy from the onsite cafe.Commitment: we ask learners endeavour to commit to the full 6-week course to enable everyone to get the most from the sessions.This course has limited spaces and is extremely popular.
