Details below *For anyone with ADHD (diagnosed or not) who feels they would benefit from sharing in a small, safe and supportive group. The group takes place once a month.There are a limited number of places so we can keep the group small which enables everyone to be heard. Run by experienced group facilitator and qualified counsellor Sharon Pavey, the group runs for 90 minutes. This is a friendly and caring space to be with other ADHD-ers, to share stories, experiences and support each other. You are welcome to bring a flask of tea/coffee etc but no food or dogs please. Thank you.*We are meeting at The Practice Rooms this month - this is on Castle Street above a shop called Moksa, two doors up the hill from Exeter Dental Centre. We are on the top floor (Amber room) and unfortunately there is not a lift. We do usually meet in a more accessible space. Once you have come along to one group, we can add you to our Whatsapp chat for support in between in-person meets.
