Its a time for you to explore and connect with your unique rhythm and way of expressing movement and creativity through your body a space to connect with yourself and move freely.You don’t need any experience and there are no steps to follow just a willingness to explore. You are welcome as you are to discover your own dance how to connect with others and be part of a larger group in that discovery.This 5Rhythms class is a 2hr hour session.
