Faith-centered Flow Yoga (hosted by SALT)

Join us for a 45-minute faith-centered flow yoga class featuring Christian wellness coach, author, and former CorePower Yoga instructor, Monica Staley.

This flow class connects body, mind, and (Holy) Spirit through movement and Scripture. Whether you're new to faith or yoga—or experienced in either—you are welcome!

Event cost: $20 per person. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the World Vision Clean Water Initiative.
