4 POD Tribal Commander (Tier 3)

Before we get started with the basics, lets go ahead and say that the tournament will be Tier 3, so on top of the following rules you will only be allowed 3 game changers and any 2-card infinite and/ or game ending combos will not be allowed until the beginning of turn 7. The rules for Tribal Commander are simple; Its Commander but 60% of your creature base must share a creature type. So for example, if you're running Elves with 33 creatures in your 99, then at least 20 of them would have to belong to the Elf creature type (I went to google and asked what 60% of 33 was). Unlike normal tribal rules, your commander's creature type does not have to match your tribe as long as 60% of your overall creatures including your commander are of the same creature type.
Now then, since this is tribal and we really do not want people just breaking the format, Shapeshifters and or creatures with changeling will be limited to a max of 3 in your deck. Additionally, cards such as Maskwood Nexus and Conspiracy will not be allowed and cards that Cause/make you choose a creature type with ill intent like the ones listed below will also not be allowed:
Circle of Solace
Engineered Plague
Extinction
Peer Pressure
Tsabo's Decree
SO....Basically No Tribe Hate Please!!!!

A Digital Deck list is preferred

As most of you know this is our second tribal tournament. Competitors will be placed in pods at random and point will be awarded per K*ll. After a few rounds the players with the highest points will be moved to the winners bracket, and after a couple rounds the top 3 will be placed into a POD with our current Tribal Champion. Prizes will reflective of turnout, but everyone will receive a prize.
