- **Event Description**: We’re excited to welcome you to Evesham for Round 2 of the S&S LRC Comp Safari Championship, set to be another brilliant weekend of off-road action, competition, and great company.

Join us at Ferndown Wood for a full day of OPEN Comp Safari racing, welcoming entries from any Motorsport UK club members on a first come, first served basis.

Championship competitors will receive priority booking access. General sale entries will open on 28 May 2026 at 22:00.

Entry fees are £120 when pre-booked or £150 on the day, subject to availability.

All vehicles will undergo scrutineering, and signing-on will be in person. This will take place on Saturday afternoon between 15:30 and 17:30 and from 08:00 to 08:30 prompt on Sunday morning, with competition running between 09:30 and 16:30.

Please bring your current membership card and your RS Clubman Licence from Motorsport UK (physical card or a screenshot on your phone) with you to signing in.

Food will be served by Boundary Bangers throughout the weekend. Toilets and an Elsan point will also be available on site, alongside plenty of opportunity to socialise and enjoy the weekend atmosphere with fellow competitors and spectators.

Camping is available for Friday and Saturday night and we strongly encourage everyone to pre-book through the event page. Camping is charged at £20 per unit regardless of how many nights you stay, or £30 if not pre-booked. At least one person in each camping unit must be a member of a Motorsport UK affiliated club.

From Junction 6 of the M5 take the A4538 toward Evesham, then take the A442 towards Stratford. Take the first turning for Flyford Flavell (signposted The Boat Inn), then take a right turn at Redford passing through Rous Lench. The site is off Low Road and is reached before you get to the point the postcode takes you to. The gateway will be signposted and easily accessible.

Approaching from this direction is advised, as coming from the opposite direction involves travelling through several small villages.
