The tasting will explore Hentony Gins alongside selected comparisons, with discussion around flavour profiles, botanicals and distillation techniques.Canapés and breadsticks will be served throughout.8.30pm: Dinner in The BoardroomGuests will then enjoy a three-course set-dinner menu, designed by Glynn Purnell. Dishes will be created to complement the spirits, either through the use of the gins themselves or by incorporating key botanicals and ingredients found within them.During dinner, Glynn will introduce the menu(Please note: dinner will be served with all guests dining together around one table.)
