The Woodcellar is SOOO very pleased to announce our New Year's Celebration with Damon Wood's Harmonious Junk...and we cannot wait!
We have had the extreme pleasure of working with Damon for many years now - the shows have been tremendous successes. If you haven't had the Harmonious experience, we highly suggest checking out what this line-up brings to the stage.
BIO:
Damon Wood was a member of James Brown's iconic world touring revue for 8 years. After a couple years he sought an outlet back home, between tours, to stretch out creatively and keep his chops up for the big shows with The Hardest Working Man in Show Business.
Harmonious Junk is born. After 6 months and 20 shows and being dubbed "The" Las Vegas Jamband, Wood set out for Colorado and a more fertile music scene. 3 albums, a brand new EP and over 1,000 live shows in the Colorado area later, Wood and Co. are still bringing inventive and inspirational performances to the Front Range and beyond.
The new EP, "Mixology" is Wood's first collection of new original studio recordings in 11 years and was produced with the help of Brian Hunter at Mousetrap Studio in Denver.
The live band is packed with some of Colorado's greatest players and stays fresh with new original music, new covers, medleys and guest appearances. Check out the band on Spotify, Apple Music, their YouTube page, etc. or come out and see a live show!"
