Each day will include a life changing workshop, yoga and meditation, and a different excursion (weather dependent) including hot springs, hiking, zip lines, white water rafting, St Mary's Glacier and more. And, of course, there will be free time to relax, go on your own hike, and take in the beauty of your mountain surroundings. Kathleen will lead daily workshops designed to get to know your blocks, how to clear them, and offer skills and strategies to apply in your every day life.
