SAFE SITTER TRAINING

Everett Fire is excited to kick off the new year with our Safe Sitter babysitting training course on Saturday, February 28, 2026. Registration is required.

Safe Sitter prepares students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills, including:

�Childcare Skills
�First Aid & CPR Skills
�Life & Business Skills

Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026
Location: Everett Fire Admin - 2801 Oakes Avenue, Everett
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $50 (cash or check)
Age Requirement: Grades 6th - 8th (11yo-14yo)

Priority registration is given to students who live within the city limits of Everett. Students who live outside the city limits will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted to fill any open spots.

Students must complete the entire day of class to receive their Safe Sitter completion certificate.
