- **Event Description**: This class is designed for both novice and experienced LMTs to either add cupping tools into practice or add a new approach to cupping!

The course objective is therapeutic work to alleviate muscle and fascia tension through the use of pin and stretch with silicone cups. We will start with the basics of cupping: history, tips to consider, types of cups and treatment modalities. Then, we will look at a few scholarly articles, followed by indications and contraindications before finishing with hands on work.

Class always starts with coffee, donuts and fruit! Limit 15 students per class. You are required to have silicone cups, so you may either add-on a set of small to large cups for $40 at checkout or bring your own. If you are bringing your own silicone cups, please ensure they are cleaned - washed and sterilized - prior to class. Cupping starter set not guaranteed if registration is within 2 weeks of class date.
