Welcome to the SLAM! This high level 7" foam dodgeball tournament will be hosted at the Walt Price Student Fitness Center at Everett Community College on Memorial Day Weekend, Sunday, May 24th, 2026. It’s a beautiful venue, and we’re excited to get a team together and join us for a big gathering of the dodgeball community.
Goals: Our goals for SLAM tournaments are to encourage team formation, grow the competitive 7″ foam dodgeball community, and host excellent competitions that are local and affordable.

Women’s Division: 12 teams
Open Division: 12 teams
Waitlist: If we reach our capacity, we will start a waitlist for interested teams. After the May 1st registration deadline, we will look into expanding the tournament and adding teams from the waitlist. Please email David Carlock to get on the waitlist.
Round Robin: Each team will play 6 RR matches. Matches will be 24 minutes + no block at the end of time.
Knockout Bracket: Single Elimination, 24min Matches, Two 12min halves with no-block at the end of each half.
Split Bracket: If either division is 8 or more teams, the bracket will be split into an upper and lower bracket to ensure more competitive matches throughout the bracket. An announcement will be made prior to the event if this is the case.
Reffereeing: Teams will be given reffing assignments. Teams are required to provide four referees for each of their reffing assignments.
