2026 Barristers' Ball

Dearest Esteemed Scholars,

From the shadows, a whisper reaches you... the moment has arrived. The gates to the opera house now stand open. Tickets to the 2026 Barristers' Ball: Masquerade at the Mémoire may now be claimed. But beware—those who delay may find themselves locked outside when the chandeliers begin to glow.

Entry to this clandestine affair requires your NUSL identification—a key to pass through the velvet curtain. All guests must arrive in the company of an ID holder, for the Phantom's domain permits no uninvited souls. Please note that all attendees must present valid identification and be 21 years of age or older to enter The Encore.

Your premium passage grants you two libation from the shadows (beer or seltzer of your choosing) and admission to the grand masquerade at Mémoire Nightclub, nestled within The Encore Casino. The performance begins as darkness falls on the 28th of March, from 6 o'clock until the tenth hour. Those who dare may linger after, when the venue opens its doors to the world beyond.

The music of the night calls for your voice. Submit the melodies that stir your soul, that we may weave them into the evening's symphony.

The Phantom seeks his Muses—those luminous spirits among the 1L, 2L, 3L, LLM, and FlexJD classes whose presence has enchanted our halls. Nominate those worthy of the honor before all is revealed.

The opera house awaits in shadow and splendor. Will you answer its call?
