Yoga Anatomy Basics
Earlier, Yogasanas were spiritual practice. In modern day, we practice them to enhance our health, which is not an issue to be raised, but, we also need to progress further to build more awareness for the body and breath to advance in the path of Yoga. This requires knowledge of human anatomy as well. Here, we have a class on this particular subject on Saturday morning at Aanandam.
Pallavi, is a gold a medalist in Biochemistry, more than that, she is my dear student, co-teacher, friend, companion, co-practitioner, who will be teaching this session.
