Join the VLS Speech Contest 2025 and share what fascinates you most about Vietnamese culture and traditions — the memories, discoveries, or moments that made you fall in love with this country.
-Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025
-Time: 10:00 – 12:00
-Venue: VLS Phú Mỹ Hưng (former Tân Phú Ward, District 7)
-Registration Deadline: November 13, 2025
-Official results will be announced right after the contest on November 16, 2025.
-All speeches should be delivered in Vietnamese and last between 3 to 10 minutes.
Note: Participants are not allowed to resubmit entries from previous years.
📋 Requirements:
-Open to VLS students and external participants (External participants are required to take a Vietnamese placement test before joining the competition)
-Only participants living outside Ho Chi Minh City may join online via Zoom
-Eligible proficiency levels: Intermediate (B1.1 – B2.1) and Advanced (B2.2 – C2)

Intermediate Level:
🥇 First Prize: 4,000,000 VND Scholarship + Certificate
🥈 Second Prize: 2,000,000 VND Scholarship + Certificate (Second Prize will be awarded if there are at least 5 participants)
Advanced Level:
🥇 First Prize: 4,000,000 VND Scholarship + Certificate
🥈 Second Prize: 2,000,000 VND Scholarship + Certificate (Second Prize will be awarded if there are at least 5 participants)
🎖️ All valid participants receive a 500,000 VND scholarship voucher, a VLS handbook and a Certificate.
