This men-only "Chalo Baatein Karen" session opens space to talk about the expectations that define “being a man,” the difficulty of showing vulnerability, and how those roles evolve through different stages of life—from creating an identity, raising families, to navigating retirement and aging.Join a conversation between Rcoz Advisor Ratnesh Sharma and Sanjeev Balarajan of Trust Mental Health as they unpack what strength, care, and identity truly mean in our community and how men can redefine their roles in ways that feel more human and whole.?
