This epic morning will feature glorious singletrack under gigantic trees, all in the company of Beau Miles, his beard and his witty/odd sense of humour.This is not a race, and runners should be comfortable moving in a group scenario. People of all skill levels are welcomed, this run will stop many times to marvel at the incredible forests and to learn more about these wonderful ecosystems.Limited spaces are available.Runners should be comfortable to run on hilly trails, and prepared to be self-sufficient for food, water and clothing. Participants will be contacted with further information, but all should be comfortable moving between 10-15km over up to two hours.Mandatory kit includes:-Rain shell-Snake bandage-Food and water, including spare energy. (e.g gels and powder).All proceeds go towards the creation of the Great Forest National Park.This event takes place on Wurundjeri Country. We acknowledge their elders past and present.
