- **Event Description**: Practice is at the heart of our spiritual path. Sunday mornings are an opportunity to meditate in community in our beautiful meditation hall.  

Initial meditation instruction (for newcomers, or for review) is available at the beginning of the session at 10 am. Sitting and walking meditation is available to all, newcomers and experienced practitioners.
 
We will alternate between 20 minutes of sitting meditation followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation. (You may continue to sit during walking meditation if you desire a longer sit). 

Join us for tea, cookies, and community after at 11:30 am.
