Refresh 2026, All White Party, one of the newest and most anticipated cultural events of the upcoming year, is a dynamic outdoor daytime event that blends the vibrant energy of New Year’s Day with Caribbean culture— most notably, the rich cultural pride of Haitian Independence Day, which was declared on January 1st 1804. It’s a celebration of freedom hard-won and a day filled with national pride, historical reflection, and cultural unity through food and tradition.
