We warmly invite you to this NVC foundation training at Abundant Earth, our small holding nestled in the lovely Dearness Valley and surrounded by woodland, pasture, birds, a river and more. 

Located in the northeast of England, we’re two miles from Durham City, which is on the national train line.  Camping and nearby accommodation are available onsite or locally.

How can NVC help you in your daily life?  You know those moments when you give yourself a hard time?  NVC gives you clear steps to help you understand where those berating thoughts come from and how to transform them.  You know how you can be a bit stuck in some of those close relationships at times - parents, children, lovers - you notice how you think and speak to people that doesn't make you feel good - maybe you get annoyed/ angry....maybe you dont feel heard and understood....you know want to show up differently but just having that intention isnt always enough!  NVC offers a clear framework that enables you to take clear steps with a different approach.  Its a learnable & repeatable set of tools.
