KNOW THY SELF — a gathering for artists

Know Thy Self is an intimate gathering at Mould – Art Space for artists who wish to return to the roots of expression. It is a shared space for dancers, musicians, actors, filmmakers, writers — and those still finding their language — to explore the inner impulses that shape their craft.

Grounded in the principles of theatre, this gathering is not about showcasing skill or arriving with answers. It is about slowing down, listening deeply, and understanding why we create before how we create. Through conversations, simple exercises, and collective reflection, artists are invited to reconnect with instinct, presence, and play.

Because before mastering the craft, one must first know thy self.
