- **Event Description**: The goal of this workshop is to become acquainted with the Internal Family System Model (IFS). The participants will have an opportunity to learn about the Model in two different modes. First, they will be given a quick overview of the model- lecture style. Second, there will be a guided meditation that will enable them to connect to some of their parts. Third, they will choose one of the parts to get to know it better. They will interview a part, which will be done in a guided manner through their direct experience. Last, the participants will share what they learned about their parts with the whole group. If there is time left, we will have a Q and A.
