- **Event Description**: The Union City Chamber of Commerce invites you to their celebration of the area’s agricultural community on Saturday, September 24 at 5 P.M. with a modified Farm to Fork event at the Rick Mear’s Amphitheater.

The event is free with servings of meat and sides on a first come, first served basis until gone! Locally sourced meats are provided by Countryside Quality Meats and lamb is being provided by AcMoody Farms. Local entities providing sides are The Bucket; Broadway Grille, Union City; All Things Serenity Yoga and Event Center and the Farm to Fork Comittee. Meals will be served buffet syle on West High St. beginning at 5 P.M. 

Feel free to bring your own sides from home for your own immediate family or friend grouping. Table service will be provided along with water. Remember to bring your own chairs and/or picnic blanket! 

West High Street will be closed to traffic between North Broadway and Ann Street from 3-9 P.M. We will have a few tables set up this year for eating at. (Tables only, don’t forget to bring your own chair!) 

B&V Farms are providing a few Corn Pits for the littles, always a favorite! 

The Pie Auction will be from 6-6:30 P.M. followed by our Farm to Fame musician Rene Meave. We’ll take a break at 7:15 P.M to recognize the 2022 Citizens of the Year, then music will resume until 8 P.M.
 
Famous for family heirloom recipes and unique pie presentations, the Pie Auction is a fundraiser for the Linda K. Waite Law Enforcement Scholarship. Last year’s scholrship was awarded to Connor Banks in the amount of $1,000.00. His letter of appreciation will be read at the pie auction. 

Pie donations are welcomed and appreciated! Please consider submitting a pie(s) for auction by contacting Laura Legris at Heator Insurance 517-741-5861 or 269-961-0113. Donated pies can be brought to the amphitheater between 5-6 P.M. Please do not bring pies that need to be refrigerated.
