- **Event Description**: I am so pleased to announce this year's Dharma Yoga Summer Day Immersion, which will be held at a stunning property in Chelsea! It is a gorgeous home setting approx. 30 minutes outside the Ottawa city center, and will surely charm you from the moment that you step into the space! I am tremendously excited to be able to hold this incredible experience at this unique space brimming with beautiful energy and high vibes…we hope you will join us!

The immersion comprises a comprehensive yoga program that explores all aspects of the practice. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat, props, water bottle, and clothing to suit the weather conditions; if weather permits, the activities will be done primarily outdoors. Vegan, gluten-free meals (light breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included in the cost.

Schedule of Activities:
8:30-9:00 – Arrival of participants
9:00 – Kriyas, Pranayama and Meditation (60 min)
10:00 – Break
10:15 – Spiritual Discourse (60 min)
11:15 – Break
11:30 – Asana Practice (90 min)
13:00 – Yoga Nidra (30 min)
13:30 – Lunch Break & Free Time
15:00 – Q & A (60 min)
16:15 – Light Asana Practice (45 min)
17:00 – Kirtan (90 min)
19:00 – Dinner
20:45 – Closing 

Cost:
The total cost is $150, payable via e-transfer to .  Please submit payment on or before July 6 in order to assist us in planning.

Special Requirements:
For those coming from out of town who require accommodations the night before and/or the night of the immersion, there are places in the nearby vicinity where you can stay!  Should you wish to inquire about  the lodging options, please let me know and I will put you in contact with the property owners, Julia Thomas and Rajiv Iyer.

Regarding meals, please advise me in advance of any food intolerances and allergies; we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Registration:
For the comfort of the participants, we will be doing the yoga practices either in an event tent or, in case of inclement weather, inside the house…but, I assure you that it will still be beautiful even if we have to stay indoors!  The kitchen and living area where we will be practicing is very airy and bright, and the view is lovely.  As space is quite limited, it is strongly recommended to reserve as soon as possible, as these spaces tend to fill! Should you wish to sign up, please contact me via email at .
