Once we receive picture, we will ship your medal the next day. Make sure you registered shipping address is correct. We do not take responsibility for giving us a wrong shipping address. 

Just a heads-up: Please keep in mind that we won’t be able to honor changes of mind. If you’re unable to attend the running event or don’t claim your medals or freebies, unfortunately, those items will be forfeited. We’re unable to offer product claims after the event is over. Also, please note that all payments are non-refundable.
