Calling all crafters! Visit the Ada Public Library to pick out free craft supplies for your next project!
Do you have extra supplies or leftover materials from a past project? Bring them to our craft supply swap and pick up new materials for your next endeavour. Anyone who donates materials will receive a ticket for early entry to the event. This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome!
How to Participate
1. Donate Craft Supplies
Craft supply donations will be accepted from January 2nd through January 16th. Donations should be brought to the reference desk during regular library hours. Anyone who donates supplies will receive a ticket for early admission to the craft supply swap!
2. It's Time to Swap!
The swap will be held on Thursday, January 22nd from 2- 4 p.m. or until all supplies are gone. Shopping bags will be provided during the event.
2:00-2:30 p.m. The first half hour of the event is limited to those who donated supplies. (Please bring your ticket!)
2:30-4:00 p.m. The swap is open to the general public.
* All remaining items will be donated.
Donation Guidelines
All items should be new or very gently used, clean and dry, free from damage and in good working condition. Small items (such as beads) or sets of items (like markers) should be brought in a clean container or resealable bag. View the full list of suggested donations & guidelines:
