The day will offer practical frameworks, theological reflection, and space for honest conversation about the pressures and expectations ministry leaders face.Featuring Phil HerndonPhil spent 15 years serving as a pastor in Texas before moving into clinical leadership. He served as Clinical Director at the Center for Professional Excellence from 2005–2020 and is now Clinical Director and co-owner of River Tree, where he focuses on developing and equipping clinicians who walk with people through addiction, anxiety, depression, spiritual struggle, and burnout.Phil lives in Murfreesboro with his wife, Sheila, and their son, Luke.
