I'm excited to announce another Artisan Bread Making Class on November 22. Right in time before Thanksgiving to learn how to please your family with high-end bakery quality bread!
 You will learn how to make scrumptious, crusty, healthy, and, the most important, easy artisan fermented bread at home using simple tools and basic oven You don't need expensive commercial oven to make this bread in the convenience of your kitchen. I've been doing this class for years and always received great reviews.

Class includes free Sourdough starter for everyone attending. But, the biggest surprise is, you will also learn how to make "fermented" bread without sourdough starter.
