So I’m beyond excited to be teaming up again with Zephyros Sports for our next adventure:

Under the expert (and super supportive) guidance of Lee & Lucy, you’ll be amazed at what your body — and mind — can do.

This experience is all about finding that new level of:

“YES… I can.”

🌿 What to Expect:

9.00 AM – Morning Yoga Practice

A 45-minute grounding practice on a stunning deck overlooking the Akamas Peninsula.
We’ll move, breathe, steady the nerves, and set focused intentions for the day ahead.

10.00 am 
Rock Climbing Adventure
A short walk/drive to our climbing site, perched 600 metres above Akamas Park, with sweeping views down to the Lara coast.
• Full safety briefing and rope-handling instruction
• Suitable for complete beginners and experienced climbers
• Start with gentle routes, progress if you feel ready
• Beginners climb using a top-rope belay, so you’re supported the whole way

Finish with a celebratory drink  cocktail, cold beer, or juice.
Because wins should always be toasted. 🥂
