Join us for a refreshing yet relaxing February morning at Storehouse and start your day with a nourishing blend of yoga and mindfulness.
This session blends Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Gentle Flows, Long-held deep Stretches, and a much needed Savasana - a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing you to unwind both physically and mentally.
During this practice, you will be guided through gentle movements synchronised with your breath, promoting mindfulness and presence in the moment. The long-held deep stretches aim to release tension and tightness in the body, fostering flexibility and a sense of spaciousness within.
The main focus of the February Practice is on hips and upper body.
Warming drinks and scrumptious baking will be awaiting for you after the Practice!
Whether you seek to unwind after a long week or simply wish to nurture your mind, body, and soul, our Gentle Flow Practice is a sanctuary for self-care and well-being. All levels are welcome to join this mindful journey towards balance and tranquility.

The sessions will be held inside or outside depending on the weather (mostly in summer months). Alternatively it can be a combination of both.
