Join our tutor, Amanda Wagstaffe, for guided, mindful walks through the woods. We'll slow down, tune into our senses, and really notice the world around us. These walks are not just for physical health, but mental health as well. Join us for fun conversation and a little bit of exercise!

The next walks have changed a little, so we will now have one longer and one shorter walk.
Walk & Talk sessions around Lairg:

15th July - Lairg Station Walk to River Shin - 2km

22nd July - Falls of Shin/Achany Loop - 5km
