Yoga session will be held either on the beach or on the lawn. We will start the morning with sun salutations and summer flows that will keep the bodies lovely and warm in any weather! 
 
We won’t know what the weather is doing till possibly a week or two before the event, but let’s all manifest a beautiful sunny and warm day! This is our 4th Solstice at Rosemarkie and we have been very lucky with the weather so far - long may it continue!
 
🧁 🍈 Home Baking and Seasonal Fruit and Snacks will be provided for everyone, but you are more than welcome to take your beverage of choice (as in hot chocolate or coffee or whatever else you fancy!). Rosemarkie Beach cafe is there as well if you fancy a hot drink!
 
If you are planning on joining us for Yoga, Swim and the Gathering (including food, excluding sauna) your investment is £17 for the event
 
Full package (including sauna and swim) - £27.99 
 
Highland Sauna will be for joining us for this event!
 
***Please note that by signing up for the event you agree to partake in a sea swim and sauna at your own risk***

***We can't control the weather on the day, but unless it's a storm or heavy rain/wind and snow - we will be going ahead with the practice. If the weather turns on us and the session is cancelled you will be eligible for a full refund.
 
We are very excited about this event and hope to see loads of mermaids and mermen on the 21st of June!
