Please arrive for a 10am start outside the gym. We will be finished on or before 11am. 

ALL abilities and ages are welcome and encouraged. This is not a timed run, it's a chance for anyone who wants to be active and do something positive to come along and give it a try. 

The meeting address is Stoltman Strength Centre, 16 Cromarty Industrial Park, Invergordon, IV18 0LT. The run will start and finish here. Parking is available onsite or nearby. The gym has toilet access as well.

Please note: this run will be filmed & photographed so if you prefer not to included in the video but still want to run, just let one of the team members know and we will be mindful of this.
