We’re proud to welcome Zach Szabo as Culinary Director. With a career shaped in Washington, D.C.’s fine-dining scene and leadership roles at acclaimed restaurants including Komi, RPM Italian, Doi Moi, The Watergate Hotel, and most recently, Nesso in Indianapolis, Chef Zach brings thoughtful leadership, refined technique, and a passion for ingredient-driven cooking. Now calling Evansville home, he will help lead culinary vision and execution across all Tudela Restaurant Group concepts.
