My September schedule has apparently decided to become a competitive game of Tetris. 😅 So instead of waiting our usual two weeks, our next soundbath will be Saturday, September 5—this weekend!

This won’t permanently shift our usual cadence. We’re simply gathering a week early, and then there will be a two-week break before the soundbath that follows. Consider it a small ripple in the rhythm rather than a whole new rhythm. 🌊🌿

Give yourself a little room to step away from the noise, settle beneath the trees, and simply receive whatever the sound and stillness have to offer.

🕠 5:30 p.m.
📍 Wesselman’s Park — Evansville, IN

We’ll gather in our usual spot, the shaded clearing diagonally across the road from the Nature Center. 🌳

🚗 Please park in the lot across from the Nature Center rather than at the center itself, unless that lot is full.

🔔 Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported: a mat, blanket, chair, pillow, journal, or anything else you may need to settle in. Let the sound hold you while the forest keeps the container.

🌿 Water, sunscreen, and a hat may be helpful. 🦟 Bug spray is encouraged.

✨ No previous soundbath or meditation experience is needed. Children are welcome if they can comfortably participate, sit quietly, or rest while others settle into the session.

⏱ Quiet late arrivals and early departures are completely okay—just slip in or out quietly along the side or back.

💛 This gathering is free to attend, and donations are welcomed but never required. Come as you are and give what you can.

🌦️ Because this is an outdoor gathering, keep an eye on the event page for any weather updates. Otherwise, simply find a comfortable place beneath the trees and settle in.
