Try out 30-minute classes including ZUMBA, POUND, BODYPUMP HEAVY, PILATES, CYCLEX, BOOT CAMP, & WERQ. (NOTE – in addition to this event you can take part in 7:00am GRIT+ 45 at West, 8:00am Barre Pilates 60 at Newburgh, 9:15am BODYCOMBAT at Newburgh, & 9:15am STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT 45 at North.)
Event registration opens at 6:45am and will continue throughout the day. No individual class sign-ups required.
