- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 05 Dec, 2026 at 06:15 pm (-06:00)
- **Event Description**: From teddy bears to trefoils, let's get excited for the start of Cookie Season! Join GSSI for Girl Scout Cookie Kick-Off Night at the Ford Center with the Thunderbolts and participate in the Teddy Bear Toss Night—one of hockey’s best traditions! Bring your new or gently used stuffed animals to throw on the ice when the Thunderbolts score their first goal of the game (maybe even bring a stuffed animal like a lop-eared rabbit, ferret, panda bear, axolotl, or another previous Cookie Mascot). All stuffed animals will be donated to various charities around the tri-state area to bring some holiday cheer! Stick around after the final horn for a postgame jersey auction and take home a game-worn piece of the night.
