  45-minute session + transition time
• 2:00-3:00pm
• Ascension St. Vincent YMCA  

💦 Details:
• maximum of 14 participants per session
• wear either comfortable clothes or a swimsuit
• an eye mask will be provided
• led by Barbara Raleigh
• we recommend bringing a towel to use as a blanket or
to lay on in the float
• Open to everyone 14yrs and older — members and
the community

• $20/member | $40/non-member

they are not recommended for individuals who are
