Female cooperation isn’t some modern wellness trend—it’s woven into the story of human social evolution.
And there’s a reason being around other women can feel like coming home.
Research consistently shows that strong social bonds are powerful for our physical and psychological wellbeing. Women, in particular, often rely heavily on female friendships for emotional support, self-disclosure, stress regulation, and connection.
So maybe we were never meant to get everything we need from a romantic partner.
Maybe our nervous systems, our communities, and our history were built around something much bigger: the village.
The women who checked on you.
The women who raised you.
The women who listened.
The women who knew.


The Sisterhood:
A monthly gathering for the curious, the intuitive, the earthy, the unwell, and everyone somewhere in between. The Sisterhood is a space to gather, connect, share, explore, and get a little vulnerable together. No agenda, no hierarchy, no pressure — just good company, conversation, a little magic, and whatever we feel called to bring that month.
